By using locallyfound.app (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service is

Locally Found runs automated audits of how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT and Google's AI) respond when asked to recommend local businesses, and produces a diagnostic plus an optional paid report of recommendations and assets.

No guarantee of results

All results are AI-generated estimates based on live web data at the time of the scan. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or change over time. We make no guarantee of rankings, placement, recommendations, traffic, or any business outcome. The paid report is an audit and toolkit; any improvement depends on you implementing the recommendations. Nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice.

Payment

The diagnostic scan is free. The full report is a one-time payment processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the rate limits or security of the Service, and to provide accurate information about your own business.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
