We want you to be satisfied with your Locally Found report. This policy explains when refunds are available.
Digital product
The $19 report is a one-time digital product generated specifically for your business and delivered immediately after purchase. Because it is produced and delivered instantly, it is generally non-returnable once generated.
When we'll refund
If your report failed to generate, was not delivered, was substantially incomplete due to a technical fault on our side, or you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. We review good-faith requests case by case.
What isn't covered
Because results are AI-generated estimates with no guarantee of rankings or outcomes (see our Terms), dissatisfaction with your visibility score, the competitors named, or business results after implementing the steps is not on its own grounds for a refund.
How to request
Email hello@locallyfound.app from the address used at checkout, with your scan link or payment receipt. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
